Richard Cox is the Senior Vice President of Delta Air Lines Airport Customer Service (ACS), Cargo Operations, Ground Support Equipment & Global Clean. He leads Delta’s largest frontline operating group, including above- and below-wing ACS employees, Delta Sky Club agents, and teams responsible for GSE, aircraft cleaning, tower and cargo operations. He most recently served as Delta’s Senior Vice President – Reservation Sales and Customer Care.

Prior to joining Delta in September 2022, Richard served as Chief Information Officer at Cox Enterprises, leading enterprise-wide IT and digital strategy. He spent the first 16 years of his career in the travel industry leading operations for Worldspan, then Orbitz Worldwide, and served the city of Atlanta as Chief Operating Officer in 2018. Richard is passionate about community work and serves on the board of Kennesaw State University.

Ken McCue is Vice President of Technical Supply Chain Management at Delta Air Lines (Delta), responsible for managing the global supply chain for more than $6 billion of goods and services that Delta TechOps consumes on an annual basis. In addition, Ken leads the supply chain activity for Delta’s Connection carriers.

Prior to taking this role, Ken held the position of President of Delta Material Services (DMS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta. Ken’s responsibilities included the development and execution of the strategies and synergies between Delta’s Technical Supply Chain organization and DMS to deliver enterprise value to the airline.

Over the years, Ken has served as the Hope Ball event chair and is also the lead executive over the Delta Wings of Hope golf fundraiser. In 2023, Ken was recognized at the Hope Ball for his leadership and years of support to the event and the American Cancer Society.
